🩰 Silver Swans Ballet
New Term Starts 18th Sept!
Always wanted to try ballet? Or ready to return to the barre?
Join our friendly, feel-good classes at The Perranwell Centre – designed especially for adults (55+, but all welcome!).

Two Thursday sessions:

Foundations (9:30–10:30am) – gentle pace, great for beginners

Progression (11:00am–12:00pm) – for those with some experience

Led by Kathryn, a trained dancer & licensed Silver Swans teacher, following the Royal Academy of Dance programme.

Boost balance, posture & wellbeing – and have fun doing it!
